My corporate experience introduced me to facilitating training on TV and online. Engaging people on a personal level through the lens of the camera is very different from engaging people in a classroom. This video is a sample of two shows I designed and hosted featuring leaders in the company both with an interview format. A cost effective benefit of media training is the ability to reach many more people at less expense of time and money.

Camera Facilitation

This DVD represents the work I did on camera and online at 3M Company. I wrote and co-produced two shows featuring leaders in the company. Both were designed in an interview format; one show with one-on-one interviews of executive leaders and the other was a leadership topic discussion with one or more leaders as guests.
