As a professional trainer, a motto I try to live by is to Keep the fun in learning. To energize people and get everyone involved in learning is the key to making a difference in a training session.

I have found people do not want someone talking at them; they want to be engaged and participate in their learning.

My experience as a trainer has clearly developed this skill in my work.

I believe this style of learning increases retention and applied learning following the training.
