Leadership Development Program (Manager) 1998-2004

  • Managed a team responsible for designing and broadcasting leadership training for over 90 US Sales and Manufacturing locations, which resulted in the savings of travel and lodging costs for the company, an average cost of 3,000 per employee.
  • Converted the same training program to the corporate intranet allowing employees in all locations to easily view the programs from their personal computers. This resulted in savings of time and money as people did not have to leave their office space to attend the training program.
  • Controlling indirect costs, I was able to reduce the operating budget for this program by 50%, still providing engaging programs, which consistently received positive evaluation survey input.
  • Designed and implemented evaluations for retained and applied learned behaviors; Were able to sight leadership decisions that resulted in potential legal and dollar savings as a result of this applied learning.

  • Researched and designed training on human relations issues as diversity, harassment, and relevant laws as FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). This promoted informed management and reduced the risk of dissatisfied employees and legal consequences.
